Refund Policy

At HeyBharat, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Certain items (like personal care, food, or hygiene-related products) are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (for prepaid) or as store credit (for COD orders).

3. Replacements

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, clearance items, and perishable goods are non-returnable.
