1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

Certain items (like personal care, food, or hygiene-related products) are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (for prepaid) or as store credit (for COD orders).
3. Replacements

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance items, and perishable goods are non-returnable.
